In Chile, there are many affects caused by climate change. According to Columbia Education, they state clearly, "the impacts of climate change have now become an issue of profound concern on numerous fronts, from melting glaciers to conflicts over water rights between big agriculture, businesses and small farmers". This can show that not only is this becoming a problem for their environment, but for their businesses as well. According to "The Nation", they state, "These farmers constitute the first documented case of internal displacement in Chile due to climate change, according to the United Nations. Other towns are emptying out as the drought drags on". This can truly explain how this is changing Chile's history.

On another note, sea level rise has also become a huge problem for Chile. As Yale University states, "Chile's long coastline makes it vulnerable to sea level rise, which was a quarter of a meter (10 inches) in 2005 and is predicted to reach a half a meter (20 inches) by the end of this century". Upon researching, I was able to come to find that China has the most sea level rise. According to Environment Tech, 50.5 million people are at risk because of this. Another leading country would be Vietnam with 23.4 million people being at a potential danger.

According to the Imperial of College London, some things that we can all do to help against climate change would be...

1. Use less power, reducing your bills

2. Respect and protect green spaces

3. Do not take flights as often

4. cut your consumption and waste

5. Leave the car at home

6. Spread awareness
